Golden Scissors Hair Nails

The technician was kind and I appreciate her friendliness, but unfortunately, the actual nail service was not a good experience. My natural nails were over-filed to the point that they became thin and painful, even when I mentioned the previous nails were gel and not powder. The shaping and French tips were uneven and inconsistent, and overall my nails were left damaged. I've included photos to show the condition they were left in. I don't think there was bad intent, but the technique caused real discomfort and shouldn't happen in a professional setting. I hope the salon can improve training to prevent this from happening to others.

Don't go here, I got a haircut and what i got was not what I wanted, the Asian lady was rude, she overcharged on my credit card. There are plenty of better places to go in San Jose, AVOID.

I got a haircut for $20 and was charged for $40. Everyone ensure you get receipts here and verify with credit card transactions. I'm not sure how this is legal. Not sure if they are using the tips section to over-change customers.

The guy in the saloon gave a really bad hair cut, please avoid him! I had hair cut from one of girls last time, she was absolutely great!!!! So the place is good but giving 2 stars for now

Every time I dye my hair or get a haircut Helen does an amazing job. I got an ash brown ombre recently and I love it so much! 10/10 recommend!!
