I paid $20 for a basic men’s manicure, but the service did not meet professional standards. The entire appointment felt rushed, with very little attention to detail. By the end, my nails looked no different than what I would typically achieve on my own at home — simply trimmed and lightly cleaned, with no noticeable polishing or shine. There was no visible finishing work that distinguished the service from routine self-maintenance. I was also concerned about sanitation. The buffer block used on me was visibly worn and frayed, clearly indicating prior and repeated use. Additionally, the technician did not wear gloves during the service. I’ve been coming here for a while now, and it’s by far my favorite nail salon. The space is spotless, relaxing, well-organized, and the whole team is so kind and professional. Stacy is my absolute favorite — she always takes her time, listens to what I want, and my nails come out perfect every time. Highly recommend!🩷

DO NOT come here. I’ve came here a few times with my roommate to get pedicures & manicures. Last time I got my nails done, I chose black & was questioned why I would pick that color. This time I got off work early & got there about 7:12pm to get a fill & color change. The tech was so sweet & nice, but she clumped one nail that makes it look like it’s dented, then mid way through painting my nails, which take about 3-4 coats to get the color, she started all over & everyone (customers) was leaving one by one. I didn’t understand why she started over when they looked good (trusting the process). It was the manager guy & another male tech left with my tech (female). I didn’t leave till 8:40pm which was a little irritating & there was polish all around my cuticles bc of the tech rushing to cle

Horrible experience. $200 for a pedicure and two full sets. One of the fulls sets had a french tip, lines all uneven and squiggly. Nail tech did not seem to know what he was doing. I’ve never seen a french tip like this. All he would talk about is how much he wanted to go home. The other full set, some of the nails are crooked, some of the nails are pointy, and some are rounded. The pinky’s on both hands are way too long. The bottom edge of the nails feel jagged and sharp. The nail tech did not file the edges to make sure they were clean and smooth. The whole process felt rushed and unfinished. The product we received was not worth $200. We will not be coming back and I hope no one else has to waste their money here. Update 1/12: one of the nails broke off after 4 days. Never going back h
