I went in for a nail refill and was initially serviced by a technician who seemed inexperienced. He had trouble creating the French tip lines, so the owner, Henry, stepped in to finish the service. Unfortunately, the final result was very uneven—each nail looked different, with some French tips thicker and others shorter. I couldn’t address it right away because I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school. I returned the next day to have them fixed. When I showed Henry the issues, he became upset. Only four nails were corrected, and I was told it wasn’t necessary to fix the rest. I feel the job should have been done correctly the first time. Having to return wasted my time, and the way my concerns were handled was disappointing. I will not be going back.

This was my finished product on Service 2 (33$) I am very unsatisfied honestly. Work done on my foot: buffing and filing top of nails, pumice work on my foot, Light clipping on sides of nails but not on top. On my leg, I got the scrub and towel. Not worth it, if this is what you call finished ✅ .

I love Ana she’s been doing my nails for a few years. Love her amazing work.
