Golden Nails Spa

Always professional services and friendly people in a clean environment. For the last year, I have gone regularly for manicures and pedicures. For those of you who had a negative experience in the past, I think you would be pleasantly impressed now.

Everyone in my family has been going here for YEARS! My mom, grandma, aunts, cousins, even my uncle and husband. I went to this shop for all my homecomings, proms, and recently my wedding. The people who work here are so kind and do amazing work. I had a idea of what I wanted for my big day and they made it come true! They also lasted for a month! The only reasons why I had to get a new manicure was because my nails had grown out. Definitely recommend :)

I have gone here for over 3 years now and I love the service and all the friendly faces when I walk in the door. Hannah is magnificent in all her work!!! She never lets me down. Everyone there does excellent work.

I randomly found this shop while in the area. They were wide open with only one other customer inside. Should have taken the hint. I will not lie and say the mani/pedi was not good. The problem was the no chip polish on my hands. Mindy was my provider and when it was done, I could visibly see that the edges were weird and lifted. I think my hunger clouded my judgement to complain but sure enough, after 1 day, it looked bad but after just 4 days, there was so much lifting, it was snagging my hair and clothes. No chip should last 2 weeks at least! I called for owner and never got a call back after going in circles with the woman who answered the phone. It was a wasted $103 and I dont live in the area so I'll never return but for those nearby, be warned!

I've been here probably 4 times in total. None of my visits have ever been a 5 start visit but since they are so close to where I live it was convenient. Kept going thinking maybe next time would be different. NOPE! This place is owned by a Husband and Wife. The Wife is incredibly rude and the customer service is terrible. I never was 100 percent happy with the service. I would get acrylic nails and I would always have one or two break on me right away. They would start lifting and getting stuck in my hair after only a week. Would bring this up to the lady and she said it was normal for that to happen. I was always left confused and they never focused on detail. Also have to mention their cleanliness is questionable. Overall a good place if you need a quick last minute walk in appointment
