Golden Nails

I’d recommend going when it is not busy. My nails started off in the right direction. Starting off the sculpting was great but quickly went down hill once more clients came in and the design was not great either. I’m assuming due to the uptick in clients waiting. I believe every customer deserves quality once in the chair not an assembly line treatment. My nails are lumpy, and are different lengths. Unfortunately I will not be returning

This is my review after 4 times. Yesterday was my fourth time going and I will not be back. I believe in stimulating the local economy around me and supporting small family businesses. 85.00 might not be a lot to most people to get nails and feet done. But it's a lot for me to have my wants as a paying customer overlooked and denied because the tech thinks she knows better. I don't care, I'm a paying customer. I usually get 2 or 3 services done at a time. Do not talk about me underneath your breath in your language that I do not understand. It's unacceptable and rude. Yes I am vocal about what I want because when I can afford to treat myself, I want what I'm paying for. Look at the pictures. Would you pay for that, would you be satisfied with that? I usually tip $10 or more each depending

I really love coming to Golden Nails. They have amazing service and great staff. Kelly did my nails and she did an amazing job based on the inspo photo I wanted 😁

This is a Savannah secret! Customer service is impressive and impeccable. The care that was given was tremendous and the attention to detail is incredible. My hands and feet are so relaxed and Gorgeous! I’m truly grateful for finding Golden Nails and will be recommending them to Everyone.
