Golden Nails

Worst experience ever. Smelled horrible and the chair, bowl, cart, arm rest, basically everything, looked dirty. My first instinct was to leave immediately, but I wanted to give them a fair chance, and will not have a chance to go somewhere else because I have to work and then leave town. I asked for a #2 pedi and gel mani. Neither technician asked me about shape or cutting nails down. The technician on my hands went too deep with the drill when removing my previous gel. She didn’t smooth my nails before applying the gel. I had to ask her to smooth them after, and she ended up removing the polish and make it look horrible. She offered to fix it. Took me to a different station with a previous customers nail dust still on the table/towel. She reapplied the gel, which was an improvement, but

I would give no start this place is so unprofessional didnt ask my desired shape nor did i get any items included in my pedicure package when i brought it to there attention the lady acted as if she couldn't understand i said it twice i was very disappointed as i noticed her rushing i wasn't even in the pedicure chair 15 mims she said done i was done. Wow really thats when i noticed another client that walked in the door guess thats why i got crappie service i wouldn't recommend this place to no one especially spending over a 100.00 for a service not given they did not even an apologize nails are uneven and not even evenly painted its like a two year old did my nail i want a refund at least they could do is a partial refund i gave this place one star i would give none at all. left just to

Came in at 10:30 I was immediately seated, but the lady was trying to remove my the acrylic by just ripping it off with ANOTHER NAIL. Huh??? I do that at home myself….so why not soak them off? I had to ask her to soak…..which made the process a little easier. The prices were excellent & I did end up liking my nails just hated how she started me off..

I visited Golden Nails in Jonesboro, Georgia, yesterday and was very disappointed with my experience. I clearly communicated that I wanted all my nails to be the same size and length. While I usually go for S&S, I decided to try gel nails in several colors to match the shade on my toes. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the color I wanted, so the technician suggested a yellow shade that looked pretty in the bottle. However, when she started applying it, the color turned out to be very light. She ended up applying three coats, yet it was still sheer and you could see through it. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she pretended not to understand English. Overall, my experience at Golden Nails was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I would not recommend getting sns service at this salon. I got my nails done on a Monday and 2 days later, every finger on my right hand were chipped and cracked off. I’ve never experienced this before and the technician said to me that it’s basically my fault my nails look that way, since I type at work… meanwhile I’ve gotten sns for years with the same job no issue. He did attempt to redo my fingers but it was a rushed job. My nails were filed, and the white particles from filing were stuck in the top coat of the finished looked, he cut 2 of my fingers from filing to hard and carelessly, and he caked the sns on top of my nail leaving the color to cure around the edges of all my fingers.
