Golden Nails of NY

Just got a manicure and pedicure TODAY (less than 2 hours ago) with Kim. Not sure if I’ll go back again. I was cut on 6/10 fingers after I complained my manicure was messy and poor. My cuticles were not thoroughly cleaned, the polish job was very poor a child can do a better job. Very rush and was charged for quick fry without my consent or authorization, so I have to pay for them rushing…horrible. When one of the girls mentioned to Sophie that I my fingers were all bleeding she just looked and went about it like nothing, didn’t say a word and could care less. Horrible customer service. Don’t get your nails done with TINA!!! I came Saturday to get a pedicure and This lady cut my toe nails too short, cut my too much skin on all them. Kept telling her to stop cause she was hurting me and she insisted that she need to cut more. Now I a really bad ingrown nail, hurts to walk and have an infection. Didn’t even finish getting a pedicure because I was in so much pain and still had to pay $26, I’m seeing today a podiatry for my toe!!

Do not recommend!! Tracey left my nails too thick and when I told her to file down the acrylic she got mad and would no longer fix my nails. Horrible!!!!
