Golden Nails

I would not recommend this place at all I took my daughter for the first time to this nail salon and never again will I take her back. Pedicure was not giving a foot massage. They didn’t paint her nails nicely and they were all smudged at the bottom and the side of her nail. I asked to please fixed it and the lady ignored the request. She just said “thank you is 65”. I just left no tip was giving low service. Also when paying with card 4% was added!!!

I came in for a pedicure, nail set, and wax. First and foremost, the staff was not welcoming upon arrival. Second, communication was a major issue—no one spoke enough English to properly understand or address customer concerns. My pedicure was okay, and my nail set was mediocre at best. However, the tech did an excellent job on my brows. The real issue arose when I returned the next day to have my nails fixed. I had called ahead and spoken to someone who confirmed that I could come back, but when I arrived, I was met with a complete lack of empathy and understanding. Again, the language barrier made it difficult to communicate, and instead of listening to my concerns, the tech simply grabbed my hand, started filing, and told me not to be mad. I've been going to Nuyet (sp?) for over 10 years for my eyebrows. She waxes them perfect every.si gle.time. I'm in and out in 15 min or less.

My nails lasted like 2 days and they started to lift and crack. The woman who did my nails did my nails on top of the acrylic powder not even a legit rest. The equipment she used was questionable too and I’m not sure I saw her sanitize it. But I desperately wanted to get my nails done that day so I let a lot of things go. I got a gel pedicure too and the chairs were broken. The business itself looks run down. And when I was about to pay they said their machine was broken and to take cash out of the atm next door. I mainly went because I love it when they rub your feet and the massage chairs. But the nail tech just poured the lotion on that was basically all gone and put it on and took it off right away I was so disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would. got charged $80 for these. Not only are they ridiculously thick, the board at the salon says $25+ for acrylics. I expected maybe $60 considering the length and that it’s gel polish, I asked for a receipt explaining what I was upcharged for, and they couldn’t even give me that. Oh and on top of those things, the tech kept on getting up during my service to do eyebrows. please don’t waste your time/money here.
