Golden Nails

Today I went to Golden Nails with my mother-in-law. We were told the wait time would be 30 minutes, which we agreed to. After 30 minutes, they said they could only take one person, so my mother-in-law went first. About 15 minutes later, I was told I was “next.” While I was waiting, multiple women were sitting without any service being done, and one customer became frustrated and left. The salon clearly does not manage wait times properly and just seats people without actually working on them. When it was finally my turn for a pedicure, I clearly explained: •    I recently had foot surgery (6 months ago) and am still in pain •    Do NOT remove ingrown nails •    I needed callus removal The technician was very rough, despite me repeatedly telling her I was in pain due to surgery. Lily did my nails yesterday and I would like to say that I would never go back there again. Her service was very painful not pleasant at all. From the pedicure to the manicure. I knew she kept poking and drilling at my skin while taking my old polish off my toes and it hurt and burned. Then let’s talk about the manicure it was nothing like I showed her. That she said she could do. She made my nails so uneven, pointed and nothing matched. My toe today had a puss pocket on the side of my big toe and I’m in so much pain. This is not ok and when I said something to them another lady did try and fix my nails and kept apologizing but still charged me 160. It was not her fault but for anyone who goes there do not let lily do your nails.

The pedicure was great, actually thought i had found my new salon but then we got to my nails despite me voicing my displeasure and voicing my concerns multiple times and the technician getting rougher with me everytime I did I finally just gave up paid and left but I won't be back and do not recommend. If I can figure out how will Include a picture of what I asked for vs what I got

I got the best pedicure and manicure here, I will never go to another salon!

This salon has an amazing staff! They are always so kind and they do a great job. Always in and out in under an hour! I can let recommend them enough!
