Nice place and a good massage. Place is very clean and pleasant. If you're used to deep tissue or a deep sports type massage this is probably not the place for you. But overall, it was good and relaxing.

Teacher is great，it's really nice，quite and clean. All different types of private yoga. You can practice yoga anytime. The prenatal yoga really helps me. I feel more energized and healthy after taking several prenatal yoga classes in this studio.

Truly a wonderful massage therapist! My tight muscles melt under her touch. She is able to zero in on the trouble zones and determines and uses effective pressure and methods to bring lasting relief. Lots of added value (hot stones, aromatherapy, facial mask) in the massage. I highly recommend Angela and have referred her to my entire family; all who say it's the best massage they've ever had! I agree! She's the real deal.

Angela is absolutely fantastic. I have had over 100 massages and she is the best I have ever had. The studio is clean,relaxing and quiet. Angela is super friendly and professional. The hot oil, hot rocks plus reflexology on both your hands and feet are a special treat. The prices are very reasonable. Treat yourself. You are worth it.

I went to Jamul for a family get-together and a family member recommended a massage here. I am 67 years old and have had many massages. This was absolutely the best one I have ever had. If I didn't live 800 miles away, I would frequent here at least monthly.
