Outstanding Customer Service..Got my haircut and colored today..Vivian is ABSOLUTELY Amazing She really cares about doing a great job. She listens and goes above and beyond to make sure you are 💯 satisfied. I met the Manager Jennifer and she is Awesome. I’ve been seeing Cindy for almost 3 years and she gave a good haircut. This lady time I went there she wasn’t there and a new person was in her spot. When I tried to ask her sister where Cindy was she ignored me and kept listening to her earbuds. After 20 minutes of waiting The lady told me she doesn’t work there anymore. I questioned was she okay and the lady said she was ill and died.

My mom and I have been coming to Golden Hair for years. Cindy is always so nice and love the way our hair looks when she’s done. They are always very kind to the elderly.

I was able to walk in with no appointment so that was nice! I foamy get her name unfortunately, but she did a great job! My last hair cut from another place was so bad but she fixed it seamlessly. I look so much better now. I got a great shampoo as well. I will definitely be returning.

Told the hair stylist multiple times I wanted a TRIM and showed them 1-2 inches with my fingers. The stylist proceeded to cut 8+ inches off my hair and wouldn’t show me how much was being cut when I asked! I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and the owner of the salon, who usually cuts my hair, witnessed it all and didn’t say or do anything. I was charged regardless and no one tried to make it right (granted how could you? The hair is gone.)
