I have visited this location many times and never had an issue. Today was last time I will ever shop there again. I along with my daughter who was visiting from out of town. We walked in the door and she was in front of me and as soon as she entered an alarm beeped; the very rude man from behind the counter began shouting; insisting that he check her purse. For starters she had no purse but her phone and a wristlet. Then he asked for mine and I said "no, and why when there was no beep when I came in"; he became very combative and loud and I told him " I don't feel comfortable giving you my purse especially when I just walked in this door. He was very rude; and I wanted to leave. I stayed because I had driven a far distance for the item I was looking for. I have never been so humiliated

The one by Ulta act like they didn't really even want to help me when I was looking for feather tip human hair. The one up the road about 3min away was helpful but they had the elastic bands and not the one with thread.

The lady at the front counter was so sweet. She gave us lots of free samples after seeing us in distress over the price. Cute self.

SCAMMERS‼️ Watch your items as they scan them at checkout as this is the 4th time that I’ve come here and they ring the items up for MORE than the sticker prices‼️ This time their excuse was that they haven’t updated the prices on the product itself but they have updated it in their system! Then had the nerves to have an attitude cause I caught them once again and they still didn’t correct the price.

tried to call about a product, employee pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up. horrible customer service
