I came to this shop for the first time in a very long time 1 week ago since my usual nail shop had no availability that day. I got a gel manicure and pedicure.. My manicure chipped on two nails within 2-3 days later. The polish began lifting on another nail. I got my manicure/pedicure by the lady (second desk, located in the middle), she barely looked me in my eyes once, had zero customer service skills, i was getting one word responses like “maybe” to anything i said or asked regarding my nails. Her way of communicating was also by not speaking and just pointing to where she would want me to go or do something; for example when she wanted me to wash my hands, she just quickly pointed toward the back to the sink. Everyone in the salon is very welcoming. Carmen did a great job on my nails. Can’t wait to come back and try a new design.

I started coming here due to the pandemic and I love this place they're very clean and sterilize they're supplies and is definitely social distance so you don't have to worry being on top of each other and you have to make an appointment Alysia is my pedicure technician
