went for a full body massage. half way through, i looked up and "Lucy" was on the phone with 1 hand, trying to massage with the other. I wanted a refund but Zero English. Zero Communication. I put claim on the transaction at my bank for a refund. I will not be returning.

The practitioner's finger pressure technique was masterful - finally relieved my chronic neck stiffness that regular massages couldn't fix. The head and foot pressure points were so precise I felt tension melting away. Walked out with better mobility and deep relaxation. Authentic shiatsu at its best!
