I made an appointment for my grandmother and she had a great experience and loved the result. For the person who left 1 star review- does any place offering hair, nails, massage, or any other similar service actually accept walk-ins? Services like this are always by appointment in my experience, and being welcomed as a walk-in typically means the service isn't that great or you got super lucky filling in for a canceled slot.

Had a great experience at Perms for Gold! The team was super friendly and really took the time to make sure I got the exact look I wanted. My perm came out clean, natural, and with great volume — not dry or damaged at all. You can tell they know what they’re doing. Definitely coming back!

My mother and I have been coming here for quite some time now. The owner is always so pleasant and sweet. She's very skilled when it comes to haircuts, perms, and dyes. I strongly recommend Gold Hair Salon and I wish I could give five more stars.

Very disappointed in this place. I came with my grandma to get her hair done and they told us that “it was through appointment only.” They should write this information on their website to not mislead people.

I've had wonderful experiences every time I come to this salon. The owner is very sweet and welcoming. She cuts my hair as well as or even better than the reference pictures I showed her, and I always leave the salon feeling stunning, haha! I'm very grateful and will come back soon! 😊
