They have a nice variety of hair products and the staff seem to be friendly to the locals. I'm new to the state and unfamiliar with the store AND I left my list home. So I was kinda 'wondering' the store while trying to remember what was on my list. I started to feel "watched". I hate that feeling, so i purchased what I could remember and left. The catch 22 is, how do you find out if you like a place if you "run in and back out" quickly for fear of being"watched". I guess it's just me, I may try again at another time, but it's not likely... especially if I forget my list.

They are not considerate at all. I was trying to help my poor mom find a wig. Its a personal and self conscious thing to do and the whole time they are watching over you and rushing you. Repeating the rules about the try on which I already read. Absolutely uncomfortable experience and they make you feel very unwelcome and rushed on a purchase that could run you $400! I wish they would have let us look in peace and we definitely would've bought something! I do not like being rushed and commented on the whole time. Let your shoppers shop! You'd think thats common sense. Oh well they lost a customer.

I supported Golds long before they moved to the Greenville location. These last 2wks were just too much bc of the new hires. The older azn woman & younger azn woman are a little too much. They think they’re “helping” but they’re just in the way, especially when no one asked for help. It’s a little invasive, uncomfortable and irritating to shop with someone in your personal space like that. They really need to learn how to read the room & LISTEN to the customers say “I’m fine, I don’t need help right now.” Like damn MOVE! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’ll be going to the Plano location moving forward.

Very rude customer service. Overpriced hair. Didnt understand anything I was saying or asking and was super rude.

Thank you for being open at 8:30 on the money on Saturday morning when I need you most. Other's in the area opened at 9am. I was able the beautify and make my appointment on time. Those little things that most done see as important makes a big difference to many of us. Thank you for your service to this neighborhood.
