Kim and her mom Krystal were so knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I received a foot treatment and not a pedicure. They took their time to clean my nails while making sure that I was comfortable. Meeting them for the first time felt like we knew each other a long time ago. Best Mani pedi I have had in a VERY LONG time. I am looking forward to future treatments.

Today, July 14, 2022 I went to get a pedicure at this nail shop but the owner was so unprofessional. The owner is an old lady that when I asked about a nail technician that did my nails a while back, and was excellent, this old woman responded to me in a nasty way saying that she retired. There was a nail technician working with a customer and no one else was there. I asked if I could get a pedicure and she replied; “I am not going to do it for you because you asked for the other lady. I was in shock that someone who owns a business talks to a customer like this who wants a service. I told her that this was no way to run a business and that she must have a lot of money refusing customers. Don’t go there, the owner is nasty and the place is dingy and equipment is old. Got the most expensive yet absolute worst manicure of my life here!! I got a French powder gel manicure for 45 plus tip and she didn't do it correctly at all and covered it up with a regular gel manicure that came off the NEXT DAY! I paid for a specific manicure that lasts at least 3 weeks because I was due with my baby. I went back two days later and they were closed.. was planning to go back over weekend to get ir redone, but my baby came and surprised me. I now have the absolute worst manicure which is half off and it hasn't even been on ONE WEEK!!

I'm not sure who's the lady's name is who did my nails, But let's just say she did a fantastic job on my nails they came out how i wanted and match the album i was inspired by!!

Have been coming here for 9 years they are very professional and do my nails great every time.
