The best massage ever!! Ella was amazing. My shoulders and neck hurt from working out. Ella is the only masseuse that actually was able to get all my pain out. Her hands are strong and she asks if you need more or less pressure. The music is nice and the massage is professional

Today I scheduled an appointment in advance since yesterday Valentine’s Day they were booked and wasn’t taking any Groupon !! Today I showed up with my wife with our Groupon purchases for 60min massage for two. They managed who was not in the store had his employees call him and had the phone on speaker telling me he’s not accepting Groupon and that he wants cash only !! After making a reservation and stating that I had a Groupon purchases, they waited until I got to the store to tell me that they weren’t using my vouchers. This part was so frustrating that my wife walked out and didn’t even want to continue with them. I decided, since I drove all the way out here to still do the massage which was actually pretty good, but overall the service was horrible.

I honestly don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I left this spa feeling uncomfortable, and far from relaxed. This was supposed to be a thoughtful gift from my mom — she paid for a one-hour deep tissue massage and a 20-minute foot massage during their happy hour. Before the massage even started, they asked for payment and the tip upfront, which felt off-putting. When my mom tipped, the staff gave us a cold, ungrateful look that instantly made me uneasy. Nobody spoke any English at all, so I couldn’t communicate at all. What was supposed to be a deep tissue massage just felt like friction. When I asked for more pressure, it just became deeper, rougher rubbing. No real technique. The therapist was so aggressive on my neck and face that I left with a headache that lasted for days. I scheduled a 30 minute massage on Saturday 11/8/2025. 15 minutes into the massage a man was calling for my massage therapist and while I was practically half naked on the massage table, the massage therapist went to open the door and started having a conversation with this man keeping the door open. I had to yell more than once for her to close the door as the men speaking to her peeked into my room and saw me half naked lying on the massage table. I was in complete shock after that happened and didn’t feel safe in that environment as my privacy was completely violated. I ended the session and got dressed to leave and the owner of the establishment apologized over the phone and said “he would teach her better” he also waived the charge for massage. Enjoyed the relaxing massage. Everyone there is very friendly. I would recommend it. To relax my sore muscles Mary gave me a very good massage. The price seemed very reasonable.
