I was way overdue for a hair appointment! I was able to tell Ciara at Go Platinum more of what I didn’t want, rather than being able to explain what I wanted, and just let her have some free reign with coloring, cut, and styling my hair. I’m obsessed with it! The owner, Kristen, and all of the stylists are so welcoming and nice! Laid back, comfortable atmosphere, and kid friendly - so I didn’t have to worry about my son sitting and playing while I finished up with my appointment!

Took four hours to foil and cut my hair (it’s thick) regardless never felt as if the stylist was trying to rush me though or get annoyed (definitely what I’m used too) kind and patient staff. Love the end product and will return. Madison did an amazing job.

I love this salon! The stylists are always so friendly and attentive. My family and I all have had hair services performed here, and each time, Kristen has not disappointed. Prices are reasonable, services offered are cutting edge, and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. I will definitely keep going back with all of my family’s hair care needs! Great products used and sold also!

Kristen is amazing! I’m new to the area and it’s always had to find a good hairdresser. She by far has given me the best highlights I’ve had in years. The color is perfect and as it grows out it still looks natural. Kristen has made great suggestions on what to do to achieve the results I want

I have been coming to Kristen for almost 6 years!! Even for the 1.5 hour drive, she is SO worth it!! She is so knowledgeable and kind, asks questions about what you want to achieve with your hair and talks about the service before hand and always makes sure clients leave happy. She has kept my blonde hair so healthy and gorgeous all these years and I can’t imagine anyone better! 🩷
