The lady was nice and helpful, helping me decide what to do with my hair and help book my appointment! And the girl who did my hair Malisha, was really polite and sweet!!! And she did absolutely amazing work!! It’s so prettyyy!! and they have reasonable prices for doing hair and other products in the store!! Absolutely love and recommend!!!

Worst people to ever work with, specially the owner! She had someone else do my hair after I have shown them the picture of what I wanted and agreed on price, she charged me more after it was done claiming the braids are too many and that her worker had a language barrier! So unprofessional! She literally scammed me! And also that braid was not worth the money… had to take it off in 3days!

Unprofessional as ever!!! I had an appointment at 10am and I got there and waited til 10:30am and no one showed up!!! I got two kids that I’m paying a babysitter for to watch and I just wanted to do something nice for myself…but apparently that’s too much to ask for!!! I had my appointment set up with malisha thinking I would get in right away at 10am and it’s almost 11am now! I’m not sure what kind of business you’re running here but it’s anything but professional!!!! I’m very disappointed and I hope to find someone else soon that can actually do their job right.

Super nice! Great customer service and always good to have a laugh when I come in to get some products for myself. They always make me feel welcome and safe.

The shop is neat and tidy. The young lady who braided my hair is always polite and professional. I had a crochet style w/ micro lock and it came out fantastic! G&M has a menu and pricing on their site. Great place!
