Riona did my facial and it was very relaxing. She is always very professional and communicates with the customers. She is very good at every service she does. I highly recommend her.

Have gone here since they opened their doors but after today I'm never going back! Im used to the lack of customer service but I continue to come due to proximity and cost but after today, I'm never returning. Came in,signed in today per usual, was not acknowledged per usual. I sat there patiently for 30 minutes, another customer walks in requesting a hair style and without asking me what I was waiting for, brought the customer back. Since they dont want my money, they'll never have it again. I suggest if you want respectable service you avoid this place!!!!

The girl named ruby did really good job on my eyebrows and the haircut. She is friendly too. Have been doing eyebrows with her for a long time and recently did the haircut with her. I really liked her service and the price is also good

Really good service and the price. The girl who’s working on sunday i think her name is Ruby she did really good job. It was my first visit and I am really satisfied with the service. Gonna be a regular from now on.

THE WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE I don’t think they have any idea how to do threading and they let them do threading??? One of my eyebrow looks like North American map and the other South America And they have the audicity to say sorry??? I have to live with it for the next 2 months in a customer facing job I just can’t! I urge you to train your stuff before you put them to work I regret soooo much for going Please don’t go unless you want to have an asymmetrical look for the next 2 months I am hating it I am unable to undooo this nonsense. I wish I could give 0 stars I feel they bought the reviews which have given them 5 stars!
