10-10-10 across the board!! Appointment started on time, the place is clean and organized, and the ladies working there are the best! Dee Dee is an AMAZING esthetician. I've had a handful of facials over the years, and none of them made me want to come back until my experience this week. Dee Dee is like a human encyclopedia of skincare lol. We talked thru my current routine and she gave me some recommendations on things to adjust. I also appreciated that she walked me thru each step of the facial as we went, and she continued to check in to make sure I was comfortable. And did I mention I walked away glowing even after extractions? And 2 days later my skin looks unreal! Eden (like the garden), who was at the front desk was also AMAZING. Truly the type of person you wish could encounter

This was my first time going here and I absolutely loved it. This place is very clean and the staff is great. I do recommend booking an early time slot to avoid the crowd and waiting. My appointment was at 9:20am on a Monday and I was one of two people waiting and I arrived first. Marleigh H. did my facial and she was fantastic. She’s very kind and clearly very knowledgeable about skincare. She talked me through every step of my facial and chatted with me about my routine and where to make some changes. We did a baby chemical peel, (which does not peel the skin), a hydrating mask, LED therapy (blue and red light) and she gave me some lip balm at the end. I paid $79. $65 for the facial after a first time discount and a tip. I will certainly be back!

I’ve been going here since it opened and 9 times out of 10, I get an excellent aesthetician. For the past probably year, I’ve gone to Deja, and she is amazing! She really knows what she’s doing and has made my skin stabilize when it’s being challenging and made it go from good to great when it’s being good. She gives me tips on what products to use and how often to use them. I’m going through a particularly stressful time in my life, and he’d recommendations have significantly improved my stress acne and discoloration from picking at that acne. She is excellent and so sweet and fun to talk to.

I had an extraction facial with Hurieh, and it was an amazing experience. I have sensitive acne-prone skin, so I knew there'd be gunk in my pores. TBH Hurieh was very gentle yet effective with the extraction part of the facial. She also made sure to talk me through all the steps of the facial. I cannot complain about any part of the service, and I am considering a membership now. Look at my glow after the facial!!

From the moment I walked in, the administrative staff made me feel so welcome and at ease. Since it was my first appointment, they took the time to show me around, explain each step of the process, and answer all my questions about the membership. My treatment with my esthetician, Dee Dee, was absolutely amazing — she was warm, knowledgeable, and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I really appreciated her empowering tips and personalized skincare suggestions for after my treatment. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, and I’m loving how my skin is glowing post-appointment!
