Bought some bleach and color, within the 7 days of the original purchase I attempted to exchange 2 items and a get refund for 2 items. The clerk allowed the exchange but wanted to give me store credit saying they don’t do refunds AT ALL pointing out their policy on my receipt. Nothing was used or opened and I presented my receipt with the policy below. The clerk was passing the buck wanting me to come back the next day so the manager can try to sell me some more bs by then I’ll be outside of my 7days 😒 if I could give them no stars I would.
