GLOW NAILS & SPA

While I really wanted to like this place, and the people were so kind, I sadly left disappointed. The woman who did my feet did a great job with the massage; however, the actual pedicure was terrible. My toes look terrible. The man who did my nails made the nails themselves look nice, and he was quick, but there was a mess left around my nails and on my fingers. To pay that much, I shouldn’t leave having to fix anything or feeling disappointed. I wish I had the time to go back in and have them correct it.

Was able to get a same day appt (thank you so much) and was taken back right away! The techs were all busy so the manager Yen worked on me herself and despite being super busy she did a great job. Perfect shaping done quickly with precision and care. On did my pedicure and took his time. Will definitely be back!!

Made appointment for same day and was able to get my nails done by Tony! He is truly the best! Whole salon is super clean and staff is very friendly. Would 100% recommend 🌟

I want to share how absolutely amazing the manager, YEN is at Nail Spa & Glow. I called exactly at 9:00 AM because I had an emergency and needed to get my nails done, but I only had one hour, she said, “No worries, come in. I’ll make sure you are taken care of.” I arrived within five minutes, and everyone was with clients. She asked if I wanted to do a pedicure as well, and I explained that I really didn’t have time and just needed to get my nails done. She immediately reassured me and said, “No problem, I can get you out of here in an hour with both a mani and pedi.” So I said yes! What I didn’t expect was that she personally stepped in and did my nails herself. I do dip powder, which usually takes a little longer, but she handled everything flawlessly. What I asked for vs what I got Honestly, my nails speaks for itself. Awful and disgusting. On top of my nails looking like this, the nail tech began to give me an attitude when she, herself, realized she had no idea what she was doing. I showed her a Pinterest picture for reference-cat eye ombré. Before the service began I told her if she can't then I'm okay with just doing a simple nail job. She said she can do it - clearly not. She began to get visibly frustrated to the point that other workers and customers started to look over at us.
