Vernesha has excellent customer service from the time I walked in until the time I left. Through the whole process especially being my first time getting a wax, she informed me what she was doing each step and educated me about things I was not aware of. She has a great positive energy and can tell she is passionate about what she do and she love to see her customer leave happy. I highly recommend her service especially to those who never experience a wax she makes it very comfortable and is very educated about her service.

This was not my first Brazilian wax, however, my experience at the Pink Rose was unlike no other. The owner made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the time I entered the establishment. She was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and relatable. She walked me through the process so there was never a moment that I didn’t know what was going on and my wax looks AMAZING! I live in NC but I visit VA frequently so I will definitely be back. The 3 hour commute is worth it:-) Goodbye European Wax Center!

Her last name isn’t “Best” for nothing. She is literally the best. Love going to Vernicia. She’s very knowledgeable, professional, humble, welcoming, and list goes on. I’d urge anyone trying waxing for the first time to give her a try. She’s AMAZING.
