Bryanna ( Breanna ) …was absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable and friendly! It was my first time really exploring makeup options, and she knew exactly what I needed. She paid close attention to my combination skin and paired me with the perfect products. I’m definitely a long-term customer now! Shelby was wonderful too! From offering coffee to the other sales associates making sure we felt comfortable taking selfies at the selfie mirror, the whole experience was a 10/10. $120 later… and it was worth every penny! ☺️

My mom and I just left this location and all I can say is WOW😍! The store is super clean and well organized. We received nothing but excellent customer service and support from Rachel and Sarah! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Rachel and Sarah for making our Glossier experience amazing 🤍!

The girls at this store are fantastic. They took the time today to understand my skin needs, find the right products, and build my ideal skin care routine. I felt very taken care of - definitely recommend!

My mother and I went New Year's Eve shopping and Glossier was one of the stores that we shopped in. The staff was so kind, warm, and friendly. Breanna, I hope I'm spelling her name correctly, was so kind and professional in assisting me and my mother. I'm sorry I didn't catch all of the employees names, but they were as equally as kind, warm, attentive, professional, and friendly as Breanna!! Happy New Year!! 🥳 🥳🤠🤠

so glad Glossier is at Ponce! I’ve been wanting to try this company for some time now and it is worth it just for the experience. The in store experience is quite unique, and they did an excellent job designing the space. I had a great customer service experience, and they were all super attentive and helpful. I ended up trying out the cloud paint and their mascara, will try the bow brow next. they set up each station with sample items that everyone can try. then you pay for your items anywhere in store with a sales person, then pick it up in the back, which is super speedy. I will be back and happy they are I’m ATL.
