I've become a regular here and it's the only place I will get my nails done in Jacksonville! I'm not from the area but the drive is well worth it. Everyone is so kind and does incredibly high quality work. As soon as you come in, youre greeted by everyone and offered something to drink, usually a soda or a water. The nail artist I see most often is Wendy, and her work is always so spectacular! I usually get gel nails or a gel pedicure while I'm here. The pedicure options are very cool and they change seasonally. I come with a friend who gets acrylic nails done. We're here monthly and we will keep coming back!

Call ahead and ask for Gianna, she is pretty booked. You are going to thank me forever. My hands and feet are always ON POINT thanks to her amazing work. Nails won't chip or lift and I have gone a whole month without a fill in. I give this girl 10 stars out of five. See pics of her work on my nails. Always delivers with what I ask for. PERIOD!!!!!

Wendy always does a great job with my nails. I usually keep a simple clean look. But we try new designs for the holidays. My nails use to be fragile and very short. They have grown since I have seen Wendy for at least two years now.

My daughter wanted so badly to have her nails done for Christmas, but her first experience at another place wasn’t great. Then we found GLOSS, and chose WENDY. She was absolutely wonderful! So sweet, kind, and genuinely caring. She made sure my daughter felt comfortable and had the best experience possible. We’re so grateful and will definitely be back!

This is was my first time coming to the gloss lounge! Getting my nails done by Wendy was fantastic! It didn’t take forever in the chair she was efficient and she paid special attention to detail! I will go back and recommend!
