Gloss Nail Bar

Came in to get my nails done for my birthday photoshoot. Prior to coming I had overlay on my nails. My nail tech was Yenifer and Yenifer is that girllllllllllllll!!! Yenifer took her time removing the powder & made sure she tended to my nails before added nails. She made sure I was happy with my nails & the pricing. She did an amazing job. I got gel X and the cateye design. It turned out beautifully. Emily made my drink perfectly & was super welcoming when checking me in. Never been to this location but I’ll be back cause customer service was amazing!!!🩷

This was my first experience here and I feel in love with the place! They got me through the doors quickly and started on me right away. I had Trinity and she was one of the sweetest people they worked on me. She was very detailed oriented and made sure I was okay.

I went and got a gel-x set, and it hadn’t even been a week before they were lifting and breaking off. Their website says gel-x should last 3-4 weeks. I usually go to Nail Bar Saddle Creek and my gel-x lasts over a month. I only went here because it was convenient in location with the snow storm. I went back twice for repairs for 3 nails, and the next day 2 more broke off. So 5 nails broken in a week, which is not worth the money retention wise. I decided to get a new set elsewhere, and the rest of my nails were very easy to pop off, which is concerning. I do not think they properly cure the nails.

I had such a great experience with Sunny today! I came in for a manicure and gel pedicure, and she was so pleasant and professional the entire time. I really appreciated how efficient she was… I love someone who can work quickly without sacrificing quality, and Sunny definitely delivered! My nails look amazing, my gel pedicure is flawless, and I was in and out in no time. Drinks are cheeks kiss! Friendly, clean, and efficient service. I’ll definitely be back to see Sunny again!
