I had a great experience! The staff is so friendly. Prices were very reasonable and services were great. My technician was amazing, she asked about my job and family and I got to hear about hers. Will be coming back!
I have never been to a spa. I think everyone would agree that first impression are very important. They are for me anyhow. I called to set up an appointment today for this afternoon. Way out of my comfort zone and the man that answered the phone was very rude. I got ready to go and being the person I am I just couldn't make myself do it. I want to apologize to Lance for being a no-show because that's just not how I like to do business but when it took me so much to just call and and to feel the way that man made me feel. I'm not saying anything bad about anybody but the person answering the phone needs some hospitality training or something. Like I said first impression is important and whenthe first person in a hospitality group is rude that is not a good way to start the day. I'm sure on
I went for a pedicure, 1st time yesterday at 2 pm. My tech was nice and made a good margarita, only reason I gave this place 2 stars. Place is clean. I had the milk and honey pedicure, and my feet never got scrubbed/exfoliated, my massage was rushed, my cuticles where not trimmed, and I never got hot stones. On top of that my shellac was layered awful, I can see lines. Worst pedicure ever for 75 dollars. Never again. Pictures were taken same day, hours after I got home.
I’ve come here regularly for several years. The quality of your pedicure and what is done depends on which technician you draw at that moment. My last pedicure was my best. This one, a full 15 minutes from arrival to completion. No lie. Truly disappointed. My last one here.
Do NOT go! I have spent over 1500 at this place in the past year. After today, I will NEVER go back. My finger got cut, my nails are un even and a polish brush was dropped on my pants. Then, I was blamed because I didn’t get gel polish, picked a color that was empty and I had white pants on. I get white pants are a risk anywhere, but it was a last minute thing and I didn’t have time to change. Regardless you would think after going at least once or more a month they would want to keep my business. They didn’t offer to reimburse my pants, didn’t even attempt to remove the stain, and reduced my bill by only $10. I am a loyal customer, I tip well and simply expected them to care in any way about my negative experience. It was hit or miss ad it was and I am telling you, if you go you
