I’m not sure how she got these good reviews because she has no respect nor regard for customers. You have to text her to book an appointment and when you do, she will reply with “text me tomorrow”. Who has the time to be texting you multiple times on a single inquiry? How about you come back to confirm your availability. A professional person would say something like “Thank you for reaching out, I will confirm my availability to you tomorrow”. If you doubt me, read through her instructions on this page and you will smell the disrespect from the tone. Zero star from me!!

My experience with Glory was top notch from beginning to end! She is so professional, polite and courteous! I’ve never felt so comfortable getting my hair braided. She makes sure you are comfortable from start to finish. It was my first visit and I will most definitely be going back! Everything about Glory was so pleasant! Her name fits her personality!
