I would give this 0 stars if I could. My friend who is an active duty member and just came back to the states and was racially profiled at this store for bring in her own bag since she does not use plastic bags. While shopping she was attacked and had the shopping bag yanked from her arms. While she tried to explain that it was a shopping bag the employee continued to harass and yell at her. I am baffled especially with everything going on in our country. I would completely avoid this place if you are black. There are black owned beauty supply stores that need our money.

I think the product was old but the us thru date wasn't. It didn't soften my curls.

Last time I spent over a buck fiddy. The 2 owners/ associates (same man and woman each time) were rude AF the 1st time. I figured it was a bad day, or perhaps a difference in cultures or language. I hadn't been there in almost a year. Today I went, intending on purchasing at least 2 wigs (not cheap). I was trying to ask about the policy in trying on a couple of wigs I was interested in. Both she and he 🙍🏻‍♂️🙍‍♀️were both Very very very rude! *did I mention- VERY?*👎🏼 It seemed as if they did not want to help or sell.
