Glo Tanning

The staff is so incredibly friendly, non-judgmental, knowledgeable, and efficient! I am enjoying my new membership and always look forward to going back! I forgot that they close at 6 on weekends and showed up near closing time and was treated no differently. I never feel rushed or unwelcomed! They also do everything for you! Glo Tanning is a HIT in my book.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a tanning salon. The machines are extremely old and clearly not properly maintained. The robe I was given was obviously not clean and had a terrible, unpleasant smell, which is completely unacceptable. So messy company יףץץ The tanning machine itself smelled strongly of cigarettes coming from the filters, making the entire session disgusting and uncomfortable. From the outside the place may look decent, but once you step inside and actually use the equipment, it feels dirty, unhygienic, and neglected. The conditions inside the machines are simply not sanitary and made me feel very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the customer service was awful. Went in there last night Emily was super helpful. Had a great attitude and the store was spotless!! I mean, even down to the baseboards there was not a speck of dust anywhere it was beautiful. I’m really impressed on the cleanliness of the store. It looks really good. Those girls are holding it down in there. They definitely deserve a kudos.

The Glo by me in Ballwin has been closed for operations for 3 days with no communication or updates. So I headed over to Oakville because I hadn’t been able to use red light for so long and I’m still paying for the service. The Oakville girls closing on 8/18 were darling! They could not have been nicer and more accommodating! I felt their customer service went above and beyond. Very nice experience.

Absolutely love this place! The girls are beyond sweet, patient and they know their stuff so you get exactly what you’re looking for. Being fair skinned I’ve always struggled with getting a good tan and keeping it…I’ve never been happier with a tanning salons results!
