Absolutely the best experience! The beds are high quality .I feel so much better. I walked out with energy. Brooklyn was the best. She explained everything to us in such great details and was right there to help the whole time. Even wrote sticky notes for me. I will be bringing more people.

Absolutely love Glo Tanning! The girls are so nice and welcoming, and the place is always spotless. The customer service is amazing, and the staff is super knowledgeable take the time to help you. This is definitely not your average tanning place it truly feels like a spa every time I’m there. Highly recommend!

Horrible first experience. I came in to use a coupon and immediately felt pressured into a sales pitch that was overly forceful and uncomfortable. Intentional selling isn’t selling when it feels like peer pressure. As an experienced manager and sales agent myself, I can clearly see why customer retention appears to be an issue here. The employee seemed far more focused on selling than on providing the actual service. After I clearly stated I did not want to purchase anything, she continued the pitch until she ran out of breath, struggled to get the coupon to work, and ultimately asked me to scoot over so she could check in other customers and then said come back later bc she couldn’t get it to work. I went in just wanting a spray tan, spent 45 minutes being sold products and a membership when I just wanted a tan for a birthday dinner I had. I give it to the front desk girls for all they do but to the owner, shame on you. Dear front desk girls, go put that sales effort into the car business you’ll make more money and probably be appreciated more for all you do! Will say the services are beneficial but you can get the same services at a gym for half the cost.

I was really excited to visit Glo Tanning Salon in Hixson because my sister previously had a membership and always spoke very highly of it. When I saw a free spray tan coupon, I was genuinely looking forward to trying it out. The experience started off great. I took a full tour of the salon, which was clean and impressive, and the associate was very kind and helpful at first. She was a little behind on cleaning beds, but I didn’t mind waiting at all and was very patient. She explained different services, memberships, and products, but I clearly stated that this visit I did not want to purchase anything.
