Great value in a time when value for the money seems to have diminished. This is a great investment in yourself- the spa like, weight management and skin wellness programs are included in the cost of a monthly membership. The relaxation results, along with muscle recovery are so worth it! I highly recommend this business.

I’m updating my original review because management reached out to address my concerns. After I shared feedback about feeling pressured after saying no several times, the manager contacted me directly, apologized for the experience, placed a note on my account requesting that I not be asked about it anymore, and provided a small credit as a goodwill gesture. I appreciate the prompt response and willingness to make things right. Since then, visits have been smoother, and I hope the experience continues to be comfortable going forward. Thank you to management for taking customer feedback seriously. — I’ve been tanning on and off for over 15 years, so I’m very aware of the pros and cons. I come here because I want to tan, both for cosmetic reasons and because I have vitamin D deficiency.

I recently signed up for this since I cancelled my membership for Palm beach. I think I’d like it more if I knew I didn’t have to prepare to say no to being upsold every single time. Wish it could be like PB where I just walk in and get to it :( I know it’s probably their job but there’s been times I decide not to make a trip because I know what awaits me when I arrive, they offer great services and I’d like to enjoy my membership but this makes me want to go in, say no, spray , and leave. I understand pushing sales but if it makes paying customers that have already committed to a membership reconsider taking a trip, I’m just not quite sure. Is there a way to make a note in our profile to please not try to upsell every time we walk in? :(

Great place for a walk-in spray tan, but every time I have been, the sales reps at the front desk aggressively try to upsell me as well as push the membership. I respect the hustle but it’s very uncomfortable to be pressured to do something when I politely say “no” the first time. I would much prefer to get in, get my spray tan, and get out, without answering a bunch of personal questions and having to defend my preference to not join the membership.

Current member - This place sets themselves apart from other tanning establishments. Since it became Glo Tanning -- it did a true 180. The equipment is new and top of the line. There are tons of bed choices etc. I love how clean the place is. When you walk in you can tell it has a complete make over that leaves you feeling very comfortable. I had a one off problem previously and Guest Services reached out to me by email and phone. They truly took my issue and resolved it so fast. The changes were impressive. They followed up multiple times via email and phone. I originally gave the rating a two, but after the impressive customer service and changes made I felt it only right to update my review. I would truly recommend this place to get your bronze on.
