Glo Sun Spa - Magnolia

First time tanning and absolutely enjoyed all of the tanning beds they had. Today I used the hydration machine which felt nice, right after I tanned and then used the full body red light therapy. I forgot the girls name that worked this morning but she walked me through the whole process and was very sweet. I ended up getting a membership and the process was so easy. The facility is clean and the music is great .

Just wanted to say these ladies are amazing. Natalie helped me today and was absolutely amazing, always so very helpful and wonderful to deal with!!

Love this place, the girls are so sweet and knowledgeable. The tanning beds and sauna are great but the real gem is the hydration machine. It’s like a massage, sauna and a body facial in one. My skin is so soft, it’s amazing!

Update: I updated my rating due to the fact The manager leaving a VM after my posted review. and stated I was refunded yesterday which I wasn’t aware of until I received VM. I’m not an unreasonable person. If you’re going to a place of business , whoever is taking the transaction should also be able to refund the customer due to a broken machine. I appreciate sun glo spa for making it right. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ladies at the desk were welcoming, I was excited to get a spray tan, paid $50 and some change for the service. I was walked all The way to the room at the back where the spray tan was and then once in the room was told it doesn’t work. The guy who was fixing it didn’t show up. I was very disappointed with this company. My wife has been a member there for over a year but has chronic Lyme disease and needed to cancel her membership. She called in months ago to ask them to cancel but they refused to do so over the phone since she had to come by and sign paperwork or they would continue charging her indefinitely. This is very frustrating because her poor health did not allow her to go in for several weeks and we continued to get charged. There are definitely easy ways to get paperwork signed these days electronically if that was even really necessary. I just think this is a very poor business practice and want to make sure others are aware of what they are doing. They’ll let you sign up easily, but be weary of the day you decide to cancel or move.
