Glo Nails

This is my second time at this location. They take appointments and walk-ins. Unfortunately, I will never go again. Drinks are provided, but only after you ask. They have water, soda, and boxed wine. I had an hour before my meeting at the coffee shop next-door, so I decided to get a pedicure. My first experience was OK, so I thought I'd give this place a try again. I was seen immediately. First, I had to explain to the worker that my nail was uneven and I also had to ask for her to clean under my nails. She didn't understand so I took the file and straightened it out myself. Then my toenail polish was very thick, I had to ask the nail tech to thin it out, because it would never dry. Ultimately after asking three times and waiting over 15 minutes, I noticed that she did not fix it because s

Fav nail salon in new orleans! The salon is gorgeous and they offer many services. They do intricate designs and have gems options as well! I don’t trust everybody to do my nails but melody is my girl <3

Absolutely love the energy and service of this salon! They are very professional but easy to talk to! I got a full set gel french manicure and it looks phenomenal! Definitely recommend if you are a student too! They offer a 10% discount—just let the lady at the front desk know! For reference my full set was $54

Employees were super nice and so is the owner! This spot is so relaxing and I got the perfect set for my birthday! I came again and revived the same good service as before! Cindy is so sweet and did my nails today.

Worst nail service I’ve ever experienced. Then try to insult your intelligence like you don’t know how your nails should look. My pedicure was horrible. My toes literally hurt from the drilling. I was nipped on every damn toe. Toes were not polished at its best. I have never been so disgusted. I was asked if i wanted another nail tech, i said yes and the nail tech immediately got agitated and aggressive.
