I came here to get my eyebrows done. Lena Amoni was the girl who did my eyebrows. I allowed her to practice on me despite having terrible beauty skills. We started talking and became friends. Just to put cherry on top she went behind my back and started a private relationship with my fiancé. She took advantage of our professional relationship. I was later warned by her colleagues that she has a pattern and a reputation in the Bay Area just wish I would have known sooner. Everyone that goes to her please be careful her professional ethics are terrible please don’t take your man! This is a sincere review on her work ethics and on her professionalism.

I went to this location multiple time every time I have gone here the manager/owner is always indifferent and a little rude but being at the mall it is convenient. But I will NEVER return to this location! I went in asked for a simple clean up I specifically told her do not make my eyebrows thinner multiple time as I had a huge even the following weekend and did not want to risk any mess up on my eye brows. She literally made my eye brows pencil thin. When I complained after she showed me the first eyebrows she told me she didn’t do anything and they were fine I said please just make the next one evening which she made even thinner ones I complained., She told me it was not her fault my eyebrows were not perfect and that she did nothing wrong. my mom purchased a member ship for me in may. they do great brows however the owner of this establishment is rude. apparently a former employee told my mom it was 45$ for a 4 month unlimited brow thread membership. my mom purchased it for me as a mothers day gift. today I go in and they tell me that they need to change my membership to August instead of September because the lady who sold my mom the membership was making mistakes and fired. I called my mom because she was the one who purchased and I was not aware of what the deal was. my mom was not happy that they changed my card and obtained the owners contact information to discuss and this lady was irate and did not want to honor what was originally stated to my mom when buying the membership. she stated that she was not making any mon

Glow Bar is by far the best place to get threaded in the city of Pleasanton and Dublin and surrounding areas! I'm very picky about my eyebrows and I don't allow them to be touched by anyone. Tamina is amazing! She knows exactly how to shape and clean up eyebrows to contour anyone's face. My eyebrows always look so beautiful that I get multiple compliments from men and women asking where I got them done. I wish for all my friends and coworkers to her and Girja. Both ladies are excellent at what they do and I have never been anything less than 100% satisfied
