Glitzy Nails & Spa

Got them 3 days before homecoming and on homecoming they fell off. I was being extra careful because they felt like they were falling off while he was doing them and they did. They are cute design but terrible quality. $87 down the drain.

Great place. I forgot to make an appointment at the regular place I take my daughter, so we stopped by Glitzy Nail on our way home. They allowed us to walk-in. The technician was kind and respectful. He directed his questions to my daughter, not me. It was a great experience for her. I dont know much about nails, but I thought they looked really good and my daughter was extremely happy the way they turned out. On top of it all, the cost was half of the other place. We will definitely be repeat customers.

They didn't put a thick enough layer of acrylic on so within the first 2 weeks I lost 2 nails. I came back an they charged me to fix them. 2 days later the jewels fell off, 2 days after that another nail broke. I came back to get it fixed he said he was busy come back in 2 hours I come back an he has me wait another 20 mins because he has someone else here already. I made an appointment with him and he disregarded it and my time. I paid $190 between the 2 sets and it was just a waste of my money an time. Extremely unprofessional and they clearly don't know how to do nails.

First time customer. I will not be going back. A toddler could’ve done better. My nails were short but he tore up my skin on most my fingers and there awful. I will not let them even try to fix them. They saw them before I left so I know they know how bad they are.

They are never on time with opening. They say they open at ten you can be here and no one is here. They are never on time! It’s ridiculous bc both locations they have are horrible about it. I finally stopped going here because of it. It’s sad bc they used to be my favorite place to go to.
