I normally don’t write negative reviews. In fact, I usually take the time to write reviews only when I have a great experience. But in this case, I feel people should be aware of what happened. While passing through Odessa, Texas, I scheduled a haircut online at Glitz Hair Salon because no one was answering their phone. The website confirmed an appointment for 10:30 AM with a stylist named Danielle, along with the listed price. The day before my appointment, I tried calling the salon several times to confirm it, but no one answered. I left messages and never received a call back. The morning of the appointment, I tried calling again and still no one answered. At that point, I wasn’t even sure if the place was operating. I had Ombré microblading done on my eyebrows by Natalya. She did an amazing job on the first procedure and the touch up. I highly recommend, she is kind and makes you feel very comfortable. I went from having patches on my face to beautiful eyebrows. Trust the process and follow the after care instructions and they will look amazing. I went for a more natural look but I think she can achieve any look.

Listen normally i don’t do these kind of things, BUT I went from almost jet black hair to pretty much blonde in just 2 appointments with Dee!! I could not be more in love with my hair, did exactly what I wanted just in time for my wedding!!

Everyone is really nice! I didnt have an appointment but they all worked as a team to get me in there and taken care of! I got my color done by Nicole, and she was so sweet. My hair was cut by Brittany, she was so funny, and nice. I was styled by Chelsea, whom I believe is the owner, she is hilarious. They all did a fantastic job. Very gorgeous, spunky, and outgoing group of ladies.

Best salon on W Texas, hands down. I always look fresh after a cut, staff knows what they're doing and are a blast to be around. Been going regularly for about 5 years now and never had a bad experience. Highly recommended!
