I can’t wait to go again! I had my first appointment and was very nervous as I have alopecia. I have been to so many hair appointments only to be disappointed at the end results. Not this time! I love my hair! (I didn’t curl it today)!

I tried to give this place a chance since I’ve been looking for a new braider and getting my lashes done. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner was very unprofessional. I called the number advertised on Instagram on Tuesday to book an appointment. I introduced myself politely and explained what services I was interested in. The owner’s tone was not friendly and felt hesitant and awkward, when asking what style I wanted. After I described the hairstyle, she initially said she could book me for Saturday at 12 PM, but then said she would confirm a timeframe after I asked about the lash service. She requested that I send a photo of the hairstyle so she could provide a price and gave me another number to send it to. I sent the photo immediately after the call. The message was read shortly

I originally visited this salon back in November to get my eyebrows done and started to speak with Mrs. San about coloring my hair red. She walked me through what we would need to do and went over pricing. I was a little nervous so I put it on hold. I went back to the shop on 4/24 and told her I was ready. She told me she could get me in the next day. This color turned out even better than I could have imagined. I love how patient she was with me and how she made sure I was comfortable with that color (I didn't want it super bright). In addition to this Ashanti has done my eyebrows before (not pictured) and she is essential in keeping my eyebrows tamed. I love this shop and they definitely have a client for life!,

When I tell you the owner have my Brows looking good!!! I Really Recommend the Glitz Beauty Palace if you’re the Covington Area, but honestly it is worth the drive!!! This is my new Spot!!!

I came in for braids in August and returned in October(halloween) for my first wig install and I’ve loved every style and service so far. I look forward to being a faithful client to Cee as I experiment with my new look. I’ve come back since for a silk press, trim, two wig installs, and I get my eyebrows done here too. Phenomenal service!
