This is not a reputable company. They advertised a product online, with a specific description and picture. The tube is pink and it is a creme. What they sent me was a gel and in a black tube. First they claimed that it is the same product. After I explained to them that no it isn't, one's a gel and one's a creme, they said that the manufacturer told them that they just re-did the packaging. Nope, I've used both and they are completely different. Asked for them to allow a prepaid return. Nope. I can return it but I have to pay for the shipping back to them. They know that they are selling a product that is not as represented in the picture, but will not pay return shipping even though it's clearly their mistake. They were offering $5 off purchase over an amount which i qualified for the owner who ive never seem was there although polite and helpful he checked me out personally and didnt add the discount/promotion i went back to the store he added it for next time i think its terrible if you are offering a discount then dont honor it… kinda lazy and embarrassing if youre the owner not even doing what you promote. He also didnt add on my points and im always here the ladies never ask for number for points

The staff here are very helpful and also very knowledgeable. Been coming here for years and I’ve never had a problem.
