I was going there because I didn’t like wait time for my nails and pedicure where I lived. I went in today with my granddaughter. She got a short gel nail set and just polished toes no gel. They charged her $70. Then an extra 4.5% to use your card. Her nails are thick and bulky, you can see all the humps and lumps!!!! We will not be going back.

It's convenient because it's close to home and that's it. The wait time is just insane. The ONLY way you're getting done in Somewhat of a timely manner is if you're First through the door and you can still expect to be there 1 1/2 hours. They have Always been Rude. Now the nails I've had done are good 90% of the time. And I'm a great tipper.

I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt but no more! The nails fall off within a week. I spend good money when I go there. I'm sorry but they need to do better. They rush and don't take their time when dealing with a client.

Paid for my daughters to get their nails done there less than a week ago. One daughters nails started falling off three days after she got them done. She went in and the staff told her they are only supposed to last a few days. They where acrylic and any other time lasted over two weeks. They would not even refund her money or fix them, they wanted her to lay to have then redone. Keep in mind we spent over 100! Poor service, poor staff GO TO HINESVILLE you can get better service!
