I went today to get a root touch-up, and she ended up changing everything and dyeing the highlights she did for $250. Now all that work is destroyed and damaged, and on top of that, they're trying to trick me into thinking I needed it. The photo with the wet hair is how I left the salon and the other ones are how it looked and wanted. All these people do is steal your money and keep you there for hours to charge more and more, and they don't listen to the customer. They damaged my entire head. before and after picture. Owner didn’t offer to fix the problem and said sorry and charge for her negligence.

I booked an appointment with the owner a week prior because I am going on vacation. I came in and the owner was not there. I was told multiple times that she would be in. A 1/2 hour later I left and went somewhere else. I will not be going back.

Today I had the absolute BEST experience at Glenni Beauty Salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and stylish. The staff was super friendly, and you could tell they genuinely cared about their clients. Glenni is an absolute magician. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. 100%—highly recommend!
