I lived here for about 2 years in a 1bed 1bath AKA their 400sq ft studio. -nothing particularly bad or good to say. -yes the units are "remodeled" it's been about 6 years since. which they will not fail to let you know they're remodeled, but it's the cheap kind. cheap backsplashes and vinyl flooring. -had less than a handful of issues where maintenance had to be called. they were on time and fixed the issues MOST of the time. few times I had to call back because they came to fix it and it wasn't actually fixed. -incredibly difficult to speak in person with the leasing office because they are only in office for 4 hours a day when majority of people are at work -the leasing consultants they had in that time were both pretty nice -my deposit took over 30 days to be returned because my new add

Get everything in writing with this landlord, and make sure you follow all legal notifications in writing. They didn't honor what seemed like a good faith offer. Fiancee rented an apartment here for a couple years, including during the 2020 storm. Apartment was seriously damaged by the storm, ceiling fell in, water and insulation/debris all over. Moved her out to live with me until it was resolved. Was told by property manager we would not be paying rent on a 1 room apartment with the ceiling fallen in, seemed fair enough. Affordable place to rent with nicely renovated apartments. The property manager, Tom, is incredibly friendly. On the day of the Derrecho, Tom was on top the roof trying to fix it himself and was very concerned about getting things fixed for the residents. The residents are friendly as well and never had any issues with them. When I moved out, I got my security deposit back minus a carpet cleaning fee (this is stated in the lease you sign, so no surprises here) and a 30$ cleaning fee which I thought was fine. Requests for maintenance during my lease were promptly addressed as well. I'd definitely rent here again.

Would leave a zero if I could. Kelly was pretty awesome, gal after her not so much. Promise you wont see a security deposit.
