If you have natural hair with curls STAY AWAY. I should’ve listened to the other young lady who gave a 1 star. . After only ONE visit - years of growth have been ruined. She did NOT condition or deep condition my hair even when I asked her to, she did NOT put heat protectant before blowing out even when I asked her to. … and she added wet heat protectant after blow drying ?? (Why would you wet it then flat iron now that I’m thinking?? Why not a serum?? That’s probably when she burned my hair or maybe she put chemicals??) She literally FRIED my hair so bad when I went next door someone asked if I just did my hair because they could SMELL THE BURNING. Since I moved to Florida, I've had a hard time finding a good Hair Salon, not gonna mention any names. Because they still some out there. I finally found one and they do a great job.

MY NATURAL HAIR IS RUINED! I’m heartbroken to even be leaving such a review. I am a victim of having my hair chemically texturized and damaged without consent. I agreed to get a botox hair treatment to help deep condition & restore tired, damaged hair. INSTEAD, I’m 100 percent convinced my hair received relaxer/chemical/perm! Left with chemical burns in my scalp and sadly my hair texture is RUINED. I’ve washed my hair multiple times since the appointment I’ve lost all my curls. It’s so straight regardless what I do to it. I WAS COMPLETELY NATURAL BEFORE THIS APPOINTMENT . I AM A VICTIM. As a black women this hurts my heart because we struggle so much to find the right hair stylist, we put so much trust in the people that do our hair and it’s betraying when you realized you’ve been snatche

I asked for my daughter hair to be cut around her waist since it was down to her bottom while I was getting my haircut.when she she told me she was finished she cut of her hair to her shoulder blades and didn't even cut it properly she gave her an uneven cut.

Hair needed to be cut shorter and layered, and that's exactly what they did love it.
