I have being a customer for over 20 years. I currently live in Abilene and will drive to Lubbock for Rosa to work her magic. People compliment my nails all the time. I wouldn’t have anyone else do my nails. She is the best.

Went for a pedicure and the lady sneezed on my leg and then just rubbed it in. No trying to cover up or turn head. I almost lost it. I also had a scratch on the back of my foot and said please be careful, uses the grater and cuts it open and makes it worse. My friend picked color and when started told lady it was wrong color on first nail, she said no no it’ll get darker. No it didn’t & she had to take all the polish off and start over after someone came over and told her it was wrong. 2 hours later and we have poorly painted nails, spit all over leg, and a bleeding foot. 😢

First 3 photos, are the day of having Rosa do the SNS Dip nail. Last 3 photos day 5. Extremely poor quality. I did text Le the poor quality photos of Rosa's work on day 5, 10/2/2022, with no response. Day 11, nails already coming loose.

I have been coming to this nail salon for a very long time and the work and services never fail i absolutely recommend this nails salon to all family friends and any who is looking to get their nails done and other services. The staff are very nice sweet and welcoming they make you feel at home it’s always clean and sanitized here. Not to mention there is a barber shop next door for any who need a cut

Took 2 hours to get a pedi and it wasn’t what I wanted after telling her what I wanted several times the nail tech said my nails were too small so if you want somebody to pick what you want then just come here if not, then you’re wasting your money
