Glamour Nails

I grew my nails out just to get a gel manicure and asked for a round shape. The guy doing my nails was like “okay, okay” — and then did square. I reminded him I wanted round, and he just kept filing until we ended up with… whatever shape this is. They got so short from all the filing. I picked out baby blue, but the color he painted on was just white. I insisted I wanted pastel baby blue, and he told me the lightest baby blue they have is the one I now have in the photo — but it looked even darker once it was painted on. Then another girl who works there came by after he was done and I was about to pay, and said, “Oh, you should have gotten this shade, it’s light baby blue.” So clearly, they did have a lighter color. I told her I really didn’t like what I had on, and she just laughed. I

Wife was happy so I was happy. She did a beautiful pearl design. It took about an hour and a half. The staff was nice. There is wing stop next door for me.

Went in for a pedicure and i was assigned an older lady. She was not very nice, i picked a color and she kept telling me “no” & making a face. I brought up a concern on my toes and she was refusing to do as i asked after she ignored me for a few minutes. At the end i asked for some slippers to walk out in since i had came in with shoes and she told me “no, you can put your shoes back on”. She rushed through the pedicure and she hardly did any deep cleaning. The other staff were very nice & my sister was assigned a woman probably in her early 20’s and she was so kind making sure she to ask her “is this okay, do you like this?” Through the process & did an amazing job i highly recommend her. Would go back again but would definitely ask for the younger woman.

I had my nails done in southern CA & was up in Selma for Easter weekend. I broke a nail on Friday so I came in on a Saturday to get it fixed. Just ONE NAIL. When I walked in they were full so they told me to come back later. I came back later & they gave me attitude. All I needed was ONE NAIL FIXED not hours & hours of work done. She ended up doing my ONE NAIL & I was better off having it broken than how she "fixed" it. It was pointing upwards & crooked to the left. Here's a picture to show you ladies. It's the middle finger nail. LOL
