Glamour Nail

Tina the nail tech and owner of Glamour Nails on St Simons Island by Larry’s Subs is very rude and unprofessional. I came in for a fill or just polish and a fill next visit. Before arriving, I had already removed the polish on my nails , trimmed and shaped them so it was a pretty simple process. Tina had done my acrylic set the time before so I asked her opinion about my nails and she would not respond. She grabbed my hands and would not give advice. I asked if I could have a tip on one nail and she said, no you don’t need it. Her husband Sam jumped in and said yes, we can definitely add a tip on the one nail that had come off. Tina got mad and pouted the whole time. She made me so uncomfortable and even the girl who was a college student visiting with her mom for the Georgia/Fla weekend l

Came in with my niece for a mani pedi. They did not do a foot soak for her. My nails are already chipping and this was done 2 days ago. I used to come in all the time with my mom however clearly things have changed in the past 7 years. Sadly will need to find somewhere new when I come visit the island. I usually do my own nails and it holds up for a week. Would rather pay $12 for a good polish than $49 for a mani/pedi here. Update: took my nail polish off today and you can see the damage my technician did to my nails. I was wondering why they felt so brittle!

Glamour Nails at the Roundabout SSI has new owners and Tina did the BEST job on my nails. Go see her! And Sammy for a pedicure 🙌🙌💕💕 Both are awesome. Easy to find at the roundabout. Very clean and does great job on mani/pedi!!

This is probably one of the worst nail salons on thr island. The first encounter I had with them they closed at 730 I arrived at 630 they told me they were closed but as I walking out someone else was walking in and they took them with no hesitation. Now the second encounter i walk in I'm not greeted , not a mention of a wait time or nothing the current customers even laughed as I walked out. Idk what their deal is but all MONEY is green here in AMERICA !

Several of the people who work here are lovely. I’ve had a lot of pedicures here over the last 3 years some were good, some were fine but none were bad. The man and woman who act like the owners always treat me like I’m an inconvenience. It cost nothing to treat your customers with a little bit of kindness. I will find another business that does that.
