I purchased what I thought was a Pineapple drawstring ponytail, when I took it out of the pack it looked like someone had worn it, so I brought it back 5 days later, I didn't want a refund but I know they do exchanges. Because the package was opened, which it was opened before I purchased it, they wouldn't let me exchange it. A lesson learned from now on I will go to elsewhere for my products. I'm Im stuck with something that looks like crap.😠
