Secret Policy?? My sister had a nightmare trying to return unopened lace glue she bought only 6 days ago. The receipt clearly states, "Exchange only within 7 days with receipt," so she was well within the time limit. But they refused! Why? They pulled out some secret, unwritten rule that says you actually have to return it unopened within 1-2 days. Seriously? If it's not on the receipt, it's not your policy! And don't even get me started on the price gouging. They charged her a ridiculous $43.19 for a tiny 1.3 oz bottle! That's $20 more than what you would pay on Amazon. This place is an absolute rip-off and a disgrace! Save your money and your headache. It’s definitely worth the drive to go to another store!

They definitely take advantage being the only beach supply store in this area. There are overpriced in comparison to numerous stores. They don’t really have knowledge about certain products either which is unfortunate.

I was beyond relieved to find Glamour Beauty Supply store! I am a hair stylist and I have three little girls. I live in a beauty supply store and Glamour Beauty Supply has everything I need and wayyy more! I so hope they never close.
